Technology Services launches 'Ivanti' a new Information Technology Management System (ITMS)
Technology Services are pleased to announce the launch of our replacement IT Service Management (ITSM) solution Ivanti Neurons.
The ITSM features a self-service portal that allows you to log and track your calls with Technology Services 24/7.
The portal also contains a knowledge base, a repository containing easily retrievable information about our services.
Once you submit an incident or request you will receive an email confirmation to your TU Dublin email address, with your call reference number.
The University ITSM, is available here www.tudublin.ie/servicedesk login using office 365 credentials.
