Quality met quality with Chefs and ingredients at the third annual Silver Hill Duck cooking competition at TU Dublin. From dozens of entries across a wide range of culinary courses, 8 finalists were selected to create their favourite Silver Hill Duck Dish. The next generation of Chefs in Ireland showcased amazing culinary creativity using our world renowned product.
