After logging into Brightspace you have 24-hour chat and email access to "Brightspace 24/7 Helpdesk by D2L" (on Help tab). The Brightspace 24/7 Helpdesk by D2L can help you with any how-to questions about using the tools and functionality in Brightspace.
Alternatively, you can also bring your query to a live Brightspace Drop-In session - see the Training calendar for details and direct access links. These drop-ins run almost daily throughout the semester and are facilitated by TU Dublin doctoral students.
