The School of Culinary Arts & Food Technology has organised a panel discussion on "A Solution-Focused Approach to Attracting and Retaining Staff in Tourism and Hospitality". The event will take place in Central Quad (Room CQ501) on the 17th of February, from 10-12 pm and is a hybrid event. This is an event organised by the School with the Pantour Consortium, an Erasmus + funded project, which aims to create impactful skilling initiatives in Europe. It will also celebrate the 1-year anniversary of the Pact for Skills for Tourism (PfST), an organisation that promotes actions through the establishment and implementation of large-scale skills partnerships at national, regional and local levels in Europe.
