Ashley is an experienced academic practitioner combining industry and academic experience in Leadership Development, Human Resource Management, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and Organisation Behaviour. Her research, coupled with 20 years industry experience ensures she delivers evidenced based teaching and practice to develop transferable skills that benefit both individual learners and their organisations. She has extensive experience working with senior leadership teams, staff and unions to design and implement strategic initiatives to support continuous improvement, leadership development, equality and diversity and readiness for change. She is a Chartered member of the CIPD, a member of the Academy of Management, Certified MBTI practitioner and a Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
