FOI Request Forms

The standard request form for each of the 3 possible Freedom of Information (FOI) Request types are available as follows:

1. Section 12 Request for Access to Records
2. Section 9 TU Dublin Amend Records
3. Section 10 Requests for Reasons for Acts of the University

An FOI Summary of Review Rights & Section 27 Schedule of Charges & Fees is also available.

FOI requests should be submitted in writing (by email or post), preferably using the relevant standard request forms, to:
