TU Dublin, in conjunction with the Grangegorman Development Agency (GDA), Health Service Executive and Dublin City Council, are developing a new state-of-the-art campus at Grangegorman in Dublin's North West Inner city.
The campus is bringing together many of the University's activities, unifying them in a single vibrant environment, integrating with the strategic development of Dublin City and providing a range of facilities for students and staff, for industry, and also the wider community.
The latest buildings to open on the new campus include the East Quad located beside the Broadstone gate and the Central Quad, which is at the heart of the campus. Together with our campuses in Aungier Street, Bolton Street, Blanchardstown, and Tallaght, Grangegorman will provide a welcoming working environment where students and staff can explore their abilities and reach their full potential.
One of the new campus chief architects, James Mary O'Connor (Moore Ruble Yudell, Santa Monica, California), lived locally and remembered the site well from his youth. He studied in Bolton Street and is a graduate of TU Dublin.
