It  comprises a new, modern building which wraps to the North and the South of the North House - an historical building dating from the 19th century - to create a stunning new Library facility. Some 19,000m2 of new learning space will be delivered with the building featuring a roof garden with spectacular views of the city. The project is on target for completion in the Summer of 2024.
