An Exploration of Sustainable Tourism Indicators

The identification of European sustainable tourism indicators is a very welcome development, which merits exploration and development. The purpose of this project is to evaluate this model in an Irish context, and to interrogate how the model may be of use to Irish destinations and attractions. The project must integrate both theoretical and applied research, making a serious contribution to the advancement of Sustainable Tourism in Ireland.

This project would be suitable for a graduate of Tourism, but also related disciplines such as geography, environmental management, etc. A Degree at the level of 2:1 is essential.

Scholarship not available. Fees & Materials to be paid by the student. Materials
costs not significant.
