This is a module that recognises the increasing importance of data in the world and work of real estate, and also formalises the process of researching and preparing a thesis proposal. This module provides practical guidance for students in formulating thesis research proposals and using secondary data in their real estate research
The module will allow students to source, understand and use the various sources of data available for, and related to, real estate. It will also demonstrate how to prepare a thesis research proposal, from idea generation, to sourcing literature aned data, to writing the actual proposal.
