This program focusses on providing education and training in:

  • Microbiology
  • Food and Beverage production and processing
  • Storage handling transport
  • Waste management

Emphasis is placed on the microbiology of food, its raw materials, manufacturing storage and transport. Emphasis will be placed on the control of contamination of food at the various stages of its lifecycle. and will include principles and application of HACCP
