Higher Education Authority Human Capital Initiative Pillar 3 Subsidised Micro-Credentials

The following programmes are micro credential awards of Technological University Dublin and South East Technological University.  The fees for the programme have been subsidised by the Higher Education Authority Human Capital Initiative Pillar 3 which is supported by the National Training Fund.  The objective of the Human Capital Initiative is to underpin the provision of additional capacity across the Higher Education Sector to meet priority skill needs for enterprise. Commencement dates for the programmes are to be confirmed and at this stage you are invited to submit your expression of interest in the programmes.

Design Thinking and Creativity for Business Single Module CPD Cert TU Dublin Weekly Online - 12 weeks 5 9 This course is designed to build the learners’ understanding and practical application of creativity techniques and design thinking. Sustainable Business Design Micro-credential SETU Weekly Online - 12 weeks 5 8 The aim of this course is to actively engage learners in the process of designing a business model for a sustainable business. It offers participants a pathway to establish the feasibility of a sustainable business opportunity and equips them with both the knowledge and competence to act on that opportunity. The micro-credential provides a scaffolded programme which is designed around the United Nations SDGs.
