Early Career Researcher Development

TU Dublin is committed to the pursuit of excellent research conducted in an environment which embraces the values of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. We aim to provide an open, transparent, and merit based research environment that promotes equality, diversity and inclusivity to grow a dynamic collaborative community of researchers deploying their talents to address the challenges of the modern world.

Our Postdoctoral and Early Career Researcher Support programme delivers an integrated career development programme and facilitated mentored research practice to our research community, especially those at the early stages of their research career. Engaging in continuing professional development is integral to developing and sustaining a career in research and at TU Dublin we strive to ensure all our researchers receive developmental opportunities which support their chosen career path.

TU Dublin researchers have the opportunity to participate in continuing professional development by attending formally arranged workshops and also by engaging informally with colleagues and members of their network.
