When Business Meets the Doughnut with Dr Erinch Sahan
SDG Literacy and ConnectEd Business Seminar Series are delighted to welcome Dr Erinch Sahan, Business and Enterprise Lead, Doughnut Economics Action Lab, to give a seminar entitled 'When Business meets the Doughnut'. This talk will include An introduction to the Doughnut Economics model, a visual framework, for sustainable development and how to do business within this model. Before taking up his position at DEAL, Erinch, was the chief executive of the World Fair Trade Organization and previously spent 7 years at Oxfam leading campaign initiatives including the Future of Business Initiative. Erinch's research focuses on cooperatives, social enterprises and other enterprise alternatives to profit primacy. He has lectured extensively on sustainable business and holds degrees in finance and law, and an honorary doctorate from Oxford Brookes University.
