Type of control and detailed information needed for effective audit trails in an automated business environment. Structuring a computer based General Ledger package for effective management reporting. The role of a Chart of Accounts (CoA); The structuring of the CoA; Code Design and Account structures within a nominal ledger; Best practice and procedures
Payroll Software
Understanding and using Payroll Software: Company set up; Adding employees; terminating employees; processing payroll (including salary, time, bonus and other elements); generating payroll reports incuding P60's and P45's.
Accounts Generation
Understanding accounting reports generation, manipulation and presentation for a Senior Management Audience including the ability to perform Analytical Procedures and generate waterfalls.
