Company Law

Module Aims:- 1. To explain the rules of Company law which govern the formation, financing and administration of Companies 2. To be able to advise Directors, Officers and Shareholders in management of corporate affairs and on the requirements relating to disclosure information in registers, reports and returns. 3. To provide the necessary skills to advise corporate governance, ethics and ethical behaviour relating to business including criminal law.
