Module Description: This module introduces the learner to the realities of managing a business from the front-line manager or supervisor`s point of view. It is about using supervisory resources in the most effective way. It covers the supervisor`s essential role in ensuring that the policies of management are implemented successfully.

Module Aim: The aim of this module: is to ensure that staff employed in the automotive industry be fully conversant with the scope, nature and practice of supervisory management.
