Module Overview

Bioinformatics and Data Analysis

This module will provide the learner with the skills necessary to retrieve and analyse large bioinformatics data sets to address a specific question. It will provide essential skills and knowledge in working with omics data sets such as next generation sequencing and other genome wide omics approaches. The module will also provide instruction in the design of bioinformatics experiments.
