Leading Modern Enterprises

The module aims to: 1. Enable learners to develop insight into the principles and practices underpinning the management of the business enterprise. 2. Develop learners' ability to recognise the organisational factors and management processes influencing the behaviour and performance of people at work. 3. Provide learners with an in-depth knowledge of the functions of management, and how these functions connect the modern business enterprise.
