Module Aims:- To explain what is meant by the multidisciplinary nature of organisational behaviour and critically evaluate the standing of business psychology as a contributory discipline.- To develop the learner’s ability to analyse, interpret, evaluate, synthesize and communicate business knowledge.- To demonstrate the value of objective knowledge and skill development in the study of organisational behaviour. - To develop the learner’s critical thinking ability, critical self-reflection and synthesizing skills in order to improve their self-confidence and potential managerial effectiveness.
