In this module, students who have gained a level of proficiency in the use of BIM authoring tools and workflows, interact and collaborate with other students in order to prepare them for work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Students will use BIM authoring tools, applications, and processes to combine BIM models for collaboration (Federated Model) and review within a Common Data Environment in compliance with Level 2 BIM requirements.

- Standardised workflows for storage and sharing of information in a common data environment
- 3D model creation for co-ordination and review within a Federated BIM environment
- IFC data exchange standard and model views to create a model to be used for federation.
- Federated model creation and use in design review
- Incorporation of design changes in native models

- Individual reflection on the collaboration experience.
