· Admeasurement contracts, lump sum contracts, cost reimbursement contracts.
· First Fix, second fix, commissioning and handover
Project Management
· Planning tools, PERT charts, Gantt charts, meetings

Facilities Management

Instruction is by means of lectures and coursework assignments. The assignments are designed to closely
