Exploring the capabilities, features and functions, benefits and issues of social media tools. Applicability and relevance to culinary industry through contemporary trends and developments.

Applied Digital Etiquette

This section covers personal IT security & the individual's digital footprint. User responsibility& potential consequences of IS use are fully considered. Potential personal and social impact of computer use and ownership for prospective entrepreneurs. Focus on the development of a responsible & sustainable digital etiquette.
