Social media: Capabilities, features and functions, benefits and issues. Applicability and relevance to digital marketing.Basic web design.
Software applications.
Mobile applications; internet applications, general business applications. Application development - fundamental software development concepts.
Business Productivity Tools
Professional application of business productivity software: Creation of effective presentations and reports.
