This module provides an introduction to the law governing corporate structures in Ireland with particular focus on the LTD. It follows the life cycle of a company from incorporation to dissolution and provides students with a critically informed perspective on the nature of the corporate body, its governance requirements and the circumstances in which corporate existence ends.
