Tort

This module equips students with a thorough knowledge of the principles and rules of Irish tort law, to understand how those principles apply in a practical context and to critically analyse the functions, policies, and practical application of the laws of tort in Ireland with appropriate reference to comparative laws in other common law jurisdictions.
