The aim of this module is to enable students to develop to an innovative project for their degree show and their portfolio, to reflect critically on, exhibit, publish and disseminate their work.
Development for Degree Project
How to effectivly incorporate different media elements into a professional project. Developing a mature critical appreciation of own work. Integrating different course elements into work and creating a blend of theory and practice.
Planning strategies
Being able to work in a self-directed way, project management, time management and scheduling. Working responsibly and independently, seeking out help when needed. Leading critique sessions to review stages of work.
Emerging Platforms
Students will chart the impact of emerging technologies and the implications for the industry and their own work
Portfolio Development
Developing a professional portfolio and online presence, preparing work for exhibition and publishing
