Module Overview

Leading for High Performance

Organisations today face many challenges.  They operate in an environment characterised, inter alia, by changing employee demographics, constant technological changes brought about by the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, and an uncertain geopolitical landscape.  As such, organisations need leaders who are comfortable operating in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world.  In the search for optimal performance, leaders must look after their own health and wellbeing and that of their colleagues.  They must leverage the power of high trust relationships, motivate colleagues towards a shared vision and coach colleagues to become leaders of tomorrow.  In doing this, they must contribute to creating a culture characterised by entrepreneurial thinking and innovation, and lead change effectively. This module seeks to address the aforementioned challenges and future leaders for success.
