The duties and responsibility of a body shop manager. This includes the planning, organising and controlling a modern body shop.

The operations of a body shop including the body repair, replacement and  structural realignment of damaged vehicles, M.E.T and painting operations.

Insurance procedures and insurance types and claims handling.

Principles and practice of damage assessment procedures. Types of claims, betterment agreement, replacement car hire, direct contract.

Workshop safety.

Environmental protection. Replaced parts and hazardous waste recycling.

Paint use and disposal regulations.
