The European Studies module aims to provide students with a theoretical foundation in analyzing 21st century European society and culture through the study of texts, documentaries and films.It will provide students with an opportunity to reflect on the meaning of being contemporary European in an evolving European context.It will provide students with a solid knowledge of the European Union and its member states. A visit to the EU institutions and community projects based in Brussels will be organised.The new EU program “ERASMUS FOR ALL” which includes social and youth policy will be highlighted within this module. SACD students will be encouraged to go on Erasmus.
