Management Skills

This module will provide learners with an awareness and understanding of the management role within community development and youth work organisations. The module will facilitate the learner to engage critically with management theory in value based settings. Learners will develop the skills and competencies to enable them to carry out essential managerial tasks and provide learners with opportunities to apply and implement core management skills throughout the module.
