High Performance Speed and Conditioning

To synthesise good speed and resistance training sessions while understanding the underlying theoretical concepts To provide information and in depth expertise on the use of Olympic Lifts in programme design. To develop expertise in coaching advanced resistance methods while having a profound comprehension of the principles and theories involved.To have a detailed understaning of periodisation, recovery and monitoring of an elite athlete.To provide applied experience of sports specific strength and condtioning program to teams and individual athletes. To understand the concept of exercise adherence and relevant strategies. To design an individual or team programs, implement and monitor. To evaulate and assess the effectiveness of the exercise program. To appraise self performance and implement correction strategies.
