Statistical programming, particularly with ‘R’ provides the data scientist with a combination of interactivity and flexibility, visualisation, and access to powerful and efficient analytic tools. This modules introduces the student to the ‘R’ language and its application in data analytics. As well as covering the fundamentals of the language, it’s analytic and visualisation capabilities, the interaction with other programming environments is covered.
