Global Strategic Management is a core, capstone course that prepares students for the task of long term organisational direction setting from a general management perspective. The subject area of this course is concerned with the formulation and implementation of business strategy, integrating differing functional perspectives and placing strategic thinking within a holistic framework of environmental dynamics.
