The BIM Primary Building Elements module is a follow-on module, and will further develop the learner’s knowledge of basic techniques for creating and editing primary building elements for a digital building model.
This module will coordinate with the technical design studio module to create a digital building information model of a domestic house.

Project work
Instruction is by means of in-class lectures, tutorials and consultations. The lecturer uses audio visual aids in the form of video tutorials mainly to elaborate on lecture content and to stimulate discussion.
The lecture programme will seek to introduce the theories and concepts of the subject matter and prepare the students for tutorials and for project work.
