Are you interested in returning to education or continuing your education to college, but not sure where to start? Or have you heard of the TU Dublin Access Foundation Programme but you’re not sure if it’s the right option for you?

Then why not join LEVEL-UP for Access, a free 4-day course in TU Dublin from Aug 29th - Sept 1st 

This hands-on course is specifically designed to help you decide if college is the right move for you.

Who is it for?

  • Adults (18+), particularly people from communities that do not have a strong tradition of participation in third-level education.
  • Anyone who has been out of education for a long time, or who did not complete a leaving cert.
  • Students who have completed a QQI course (Level 3, 4 or 5) or a community education course and are interested in continuing to third level.

No specific prior experience is required and there are no assessments.   

What will it cover?

The 4 days on campus include:

  • An opportunity to build your computer skills & writing skills.
  • Information on the practicalities of going to college including managing finances and learning about the supports/assistance available.
  • How to choose a college course that’s right for you.
  • A chance to meet lecturers from the Access Foundation Programme to decide if it is a good option for you.
  • An opportunity to meet other people who are interested in continuing education & trying out college life!
