Have you been volunteering at TU Dublin or for a charity or in your own community? We think our student volunteers are fantastic and we want to give you the recognition you deserve.

Apply for our TU Dublin Student Volunteering Awards & Pillar of the Community Medal today:

You can apply for one of your own volunteering roles/ activities/ projects or on behalf of a group for multiple categories on the same form.  The form is very short and should not take too long.

Students who win a Student Volunteering Award will have the opportunity to donate prize money to their chosen charity.  More information on this to follow!

We also want to give you a TU Dublin Pillar of the Community MedalAs volunteers, students should receive a Pillar of the Community Award medal at our Student Volunteering Awards if sufficient hours are logged through our online portal

Students get a bronze medal for 20 hours of volunteering logged, silver for 40 hours logged, and gold for 60 hours logged.

Please note your hours spent on club or society committee work, as a class rep, a peer mentor, an access mentor and any other on campus volunteering can be counted towards your medal, as well as other volunteering work for communities, charities and organisations external to TU Dublin.

You can log your hours in bulk as long as you indicate the time period when the volunteering hours were done and include your supervisor's contact details.
