Dr Waleed Abo-Hamad is a Senior Lecturer in Operations Management and Business Quantitative Methods at the Faculty of Business, in TU Dublin. With over a decade of academic and industry experience, Dr. Abo-Hamad specialises in operations research, supply chain optimisation, business process improvement, and healthcare management.
He has an extensive academic background, holding a PhD in Service Operations Management and Optimisation from DIT, where his thesis focused on developing optimization-based frameworks for complex business processes with applications in healthcare. Additionally, he earned an MSc in Information Technology and a BSc in Computer Science from Cairo University, showcasing his strong foundation in computational and analytical methodologies.
