Module Aims: - Develop an appreciation of strategic issues relating to the management of informationsystems. - Explain the role and functions of Information Systems management. - Recognise the nature ofthe strategic fit between information systems and the business strategy which they are designed to be a partof. - Develop an awareness of the importance of Business Process Management. - Explain the increasing importance of outsourcing to the Information Systems Management Function and the organisational implications of such an approach
