This course provides an intensive learning experience in the practical aspects of personal communication and project skills. Content will underline the significance of effective communication as an essential aspect of student and organisational life and as an important determinant of personal effectiveness in these environments. The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively is a key characteristic of an effective manager or, administrator, and high level communication skills are essential in most organisations today.  The module covers many competencies needed when collaborating with others, and when functioning efficiently and effectively in an organisational context.

The delivery of this module will be of a blended learning nature, combining in-person and online delivery of lectures, using a combination of lectures, case study, group work exercises, writing exercises, project work and self-directed learning
