Professional application of business productivity software: Creation of effective presentations and reports.

Introduction to I.T. fundamentals

Student remote access technologies, file management, student server space allotment, back-up protocols, password & security, virtual learning interfaces, upload & download protocols.

Applied Digital Etiquette

This section covers personal IT security & the individual's digital footprint. User responsibility& potential consequences of IS use are fully considered. Potential personal and social impact of computer use and ownership for prospective entrepreneurs. Focus on the development of a responsible & sustainable digital etiquette.

Cross Modular Learning Activity

Applied cross curricular academic report writing focusing on structure, methodologies, academic integrity (technologies & policies) Focus on collaborative and individual peer engagement via presentation.

Lab based learning in a computer lab using Practical Exercises, Group Projects, Online Resources, Guest Speaker. Self directing learning in completing Deliverables, Exercises, Presentations & written reports.
