Module Overview

Materials and Processes 2

This module provides the stdent with fundamental knowledge in materials and processes for materials. It will provide the student with the knowledge required to implement both materials and manufacturing process selection through the analysis of design requirements. It will provide students with an overview of relationship between structure & properties of materials and manufacturing processes. The student will expand their knowledge of the environmental aspects of manufacturing processes.
