This module explores the behaviour of people in the workplace and the factors that shape that behaviour. It draws on aspects of psychology and sociology to explain why people behave the way they do at work. The aim of the module is to develop the students ability to manage people by examining how organisations work from a behavioural perspective. Examples from the student's own experience working in the Health sector are discussed in the context of behavioural theory.
