Module Overview

Photography Practice 11: Advanced Digital Printing

This module allows for a slower and more precise approach to digital printing for student photographers, drawing on their experience of making digital prints over the previous two years on the programme. It is designed to be delivered by industry specialists via a series of workshops in order to provide the student with an in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of professional print output for exhibition and commercial contexts. This module is a preparatory module for the Major Project module in Stage 4 where students are developing a substantial body of work for exhibition.
