This module introduces cutting-edge principles and best practices of Programme and Portfolio Management (PPM) for managing complex projects. The module also explores the relationship with strategic planning and execution. This module aims to provide students with an understanding of the process of translating strategy into project selection and the delivery and management of complex projects and how to balance the competing constraints in the project portfolio and pipeline.
Participants will also develop skills in the use of Project Vision as they learn to plan and simulate real-world project, program and portfolio decisions and trade-offs.

This module will apply a hybrid approach of teacher-centred and student-centred learning approaches which will assign a significant responsibility to the student in the learning process.
