This module is aligned to internationally recognised best practices in the discipline of change management. Participants will develop the essential knowledge, skills and competencies required for successful change initiatives.
Students will gain valuable insights into the leading change management tools and techniques and learn how to implement and sustain strategic change within organisations.
Students will be equipped to face real-world business challenges, such as assessing risk, planning, implementing change, and dealing with conflict and project complexity.

This module will apply a hybrid approach of teacher-centred and student-centred learning approaches which will assign a significant responsibility to the student in the learning process.
The module will also incorporate a range of learning teaching methods including webinars, web based learning platforms, online assessment and class discussions.
Teaching Contact Hours may also be delivered online via Webinar or Virtual Learning Environment.
