This module is project-based and represents an integration of all the subjects on the MSc (Real Estate). Special focus is put on current issues relating to the housing market. It seeks to promote, through student-centred learning a sound understanding of the role, relationship and integration of all the subjects on the course.
Students are required develop an appropriate project brief drawing from the project context. Each group is required to deliver a project in week 12 and presentation in week 13. The only requirement for the project is that it contains a theoretical approach and at least one application including some quantitative element. See below for assessment weighting for the module.
Students will develop a project in groups based on a contemporary topic of relevance to real estate. There are three components to the project: a proposal, a theoroetical element (literature review); and a final submission.
