This semester consists of workshops led by the lecturer followed by two weeks in which the students – in groups – make a presentation of ten minutes and a 2,000 word submission to the class

Transport, property management, property development, politics and housing, land, plannng and value, and so on.
Students will receive lectures across a broad range of real esttate-related topics (e.g. transport, property development, law, and so on) from experts. The students will then use these lectures to form the basis of their submissions. There are two 2,000 word submissions, each of which must be approved and based upon one of the preceding lectures.
