The main aims of this module are to provied students with; 1.An appreciation of the issues faced by sport businesses and organisations in today’s complex and dynamic business environment. 2.A solid understanding of the specific challenges faced by managers in the key functional areas of contemporary sport businesses and organisations. 3.A comprehensive appreciation of the principles, techniques and knowledge required to successfully manage sports business enterprises and sport organisations and the functional units that make up and contribute to such enterprises and organisations. 4.Demonstrated professional skills appropriate to the level of study.
