Industrial Analysis

Industrial Analysis- Industry review. Threats of new entrants, power of buyers. suppliers, intensity of rivalry.

Competitor Analysis

Competitor Analysis ? Direct and indirect competitors, strengths and weaknesses, gap identification, market niches.

Company Capability

Company Capability ? Strengths and weaknesses, company capability / market attractiveness grid, utilization of scarce resources.

Market Assessment

Market Assessment? Research methodology, questionnaire construction, sampling methods, data analysis, presentation of results, market and customer analysis, retail site evaluation.

Product/Service Specification?

Product/Service Specification? Concept realization, product' service package, fit with market requirements, branding, corporate image.

People and Enterprise

People and Enterprise ? Management Resources, management systems.

Enterprise Funding

Enterprise Funding ? Banks, financial institutions, state agencies, private sector initiatives, lending policies and procedures of banks.
